Sr. Project Manager / Pharmaceutical background

Accuro is assisting a client in Philadelphia, PA with their search for Sr. Project Manager. In this role, you will work with one of the most respected pharmaceutical companies in the world where you will lead and manage the project lifecycle in medical services. 


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES




· Develop scope, plan, initiate and manage delivery throughout project lifecycle


· Ensure effective stakeholder management (identification, analysis, engagement, agreement, communications)


· Manage all deliverables in collaboration with Program & Project Managers, using quality management approaches


· Secure and maintain appropriate resources; manage budgets


· Manage the project team; regularly and accurately report progress through appropriate structures




REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION




· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related


· 5-10+ years’ experience leading and overseeing substantial projects (scope, risk, strategies, negotiations and implementation)


· Demonstrated success in project management leadership, application, and execution


· Superior relationship-building skills; ability to manage and resolve conflicts


· Preferred: PMP certification, Six Sigma


· Preferred: Pharmaceutical experience
