Our client, a firm in Center City, is seeking an Marketing Manager to add to their team. The Marketing Manager will be for the creation, and maintenance, of marketing materials and projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Creating marketing collateral for both financial professional and investor target audiences. This includes, but is not limited to: print materials, brochures, fact sheets, sales ideas, electronic materials, web content and presentations
Assist with material updates, presentation customization, and campaign calendar schedule maintenance
Support key accounts’ conference, seminar and meeting activities as well as coordinating marketing material needs
Manage vendor relationships as necessary
Perform regular marketing competitive analysis for continual collateral improvement
Support sales team with one-off and long-term requests and projects
Enact operational processes and best practices to gain efficiencies and improve the team’s effectiveness
Provide frequent progress updates to establish priorities
Perform others assignments and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be highly organized with excellent writing, and people skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive processes
Possess a high-level of attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, problem solve and reprioritize workload as needed
Ability and desire to learn commercial real estate industry
Minimum of 5-7 years experience in the finance, banking, or real estate industry
Proficient with MS Office suite
Four year degree required
